Shipping Policy

Production and Order Processing Time Because TITAX Forged Wheels are precision-engineered and strictly made-to-order, please allow a standard manufacturing lead time of 6 to 10 weeks before your order is ready for dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Rates and Transit Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that any delivery transit times quoted at checkout are estimates for the physical shipping process only, and do not include the 6-10 weeks manufacturing lead time.

International Shipping, Customs, and Duties We ship globally from our manufacturing facility in the Czech Republic (European Union).

IMPORTANT: TITAX is not responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or brokerage fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused, rejected, or abandoned by the customer at customs due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer remains fully bound by our strict Refund and Cancellation Policy. The customer will be held responsible for all return shipping costs, return import fees, and applicable cancellation penalties.

Signature Requirement and P.O. Boxes Due to the premium value of our products, all shipments are fully insured and require a direct adult signature upon delivery. We cannot route deliveries to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is secure and that someone will be available to sign for the package upon delivery. Once the carrier logs the package as delivered and signed for, TITAX is no longer liable for any subsequent loss or theft.

Damages in Transit We package our wheels with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, you must inspect the contents immediately. As outlined in our Refund Policy, you have strictly 5 business days from the date of delivery to report any transit damage. Please retain all original boxes, protective packing materials, and shipping labels, and contact us immediately at hynekm12@seznam.cz with clear photographic evidence of both the damaged product and the damaged packaging.
