Refund and Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

Due to the high-value and specialized nature of our forged wheels, all order cancellations are subject to strict terms. Please note that all cancellation timeframes and timestamps are calculated based on Central European Time (CET/CEST).

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: If you request to cancel a standard catalog order within 24 hours of the purchase timestamp, a 15% cancellation and processing fee will be deducted. You will receive an 85% refund to your original payment method.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours: If a standard catalog order is cancelled after the initial 24-hour window has passed, a 50% cancellation fee applies. You will receive a 50% refund to your original payment method.

Production & Delivery Lead Times

Because TITAX Forged Wheels are strictly manufactured to order based on precision engineering, the standard production and delivery lead time is typically 6 to 10 weeks. However, please be aware that delivery times are estimates and are subject to change.

TITAX reserves the right to extend the production or delivery timeframe in the event of unforeseen manufacturing complexities, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. TITAX will not be held liable for any delays in the estimated time of arrival.

Important: Please be aware that manufacturing delays do not exempt an order from our strict Cancellation Policy. Any cancellation requests made due to extended lead times will still be subject to the standard 15% or 50% cancellation fees as outlined above.

Special Order & Custom Wheels

"Special Order" or custom wheels are defined as bespoke products where the customer directly contacts TITAX to define personalized requirements and specifications prior to purchase. Because these products are manufactured strictly to your individual parameters, they are strictly non-cancelable and non-refundable. By clicking "Complete Purchase" for a custom or special order, you acknowledge that the bespoke manufacturing process begins immediately. From that exact moment, the decision cannot be reversed, and no refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

Claims and Returns (Strict 5-Business-Day Policy)

Because all TITAX Forged Wheels are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for "buyer's remorse" or a change of mind.

You have exactly 5 business days from the date of delivery to thoroughly inspect your item(s). We only authorize returns or exchanges under the following two specific conditions:

  1. Damaged / Defective Goods: The item arrived physically defective or was visibly damaged in transit.

  2. Incorrect Item Delivered: You received a product entirely different from your confirmed order due to our error (e.g., you ordered a wheel for an Aprilia, but received a fitment for a BMW).

To be eligible for a claim under these conditions, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be entirely unused, unmounted, showing zero signs of installation or tire mounting, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been altered, machined, or changed from their original factory state.

How to Initiate a Claim

To report damage or an incorrect item, you must contact us at hynekm12@seznam.cz within the 5-business-day window. You must include your receipt or proof of purchase, along with clear photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item.

If your claim is accepted, we will provide specific instructions on how and where to send your package to our facility: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving formal claim approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your approved return, and let you know if the final refund/exchange was approved or not. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (minus any applicable cancellation or processing fees). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hynekm12@seznam.cz.
